Frequently asked questions
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel through the billing portal and you keep Plus access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- All your data stays in your account. You'll move back to the Free plan limits, but nothing is deleted.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Not yet — monthly only for now. Annual billing with a discount is on the roadmap.
- How does household sharing work?
- Plus includes 2 seats — invite one other person (partner, housemate) to share vehicles, shopping lists, property, and bills. Extra seats are £1.49/mo each, added and removed any time.
- Is my payment secure?
- Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
